Runway models are revered for their figures, height and confidence. Behind that transculent skin and toned abs lies a gruelling diet and workout regimen, every word of which is strictly followed in order to maintain that perfect body. Be careful not to replace your entire solid diet with juices, consume both solid food and juices in a way that they are complementary to each other.

A flexible vegetarian is a real thing. If you’re a vegetarian who likes to cheat every now and them, then this diet is for you. While the focus remains on a plant based diet, flexitarians do incorporate certain amounts of meat into their diet, depending on their personal preference. This avoidance of a meat-intense diet is appropriate for people who wish to eat clean without having to skimp on protein.
3. Paleo Diet:
Do not dismiss the paleo diet as one embraced predominantly by hipsters. A Paleo diet transports the consumer several billions years ago, then our ancestors ate whatever they found. In the modern day context, a paleo diet is one that refrains from eating anything processed and/or refined. Following this regimen means having to bid goodbye to: cereal, dairy products and welcome fresh produce such as fish, poultry, eggs and veggies into your diet (and life.) Consumption of food free from preservatives and artificial colouring is a sort of a detoxifying diet, which leads to increased levels of energy and better overall health.
