A beach getaway sounds like the most perfect thing right now. We could definitely benefit from a respite from work, away from our computer screens and into the warm embrace of sandy beaches and relaxing spas. But as much as we hate to admit it, the idea of sliding into a body hugging swimsuit or a low-cut beach maxi is terrifying. You’re going to worry about what that buffet dinner you had last night is going to do to your body.
But to stop indulging when you’re on a holiday would be a colossal crime. Eat what you want and give yourself a break. Just remember to keep to these simple exercises that you can do in the comfort of your hotel room and you’ll be able to rock that swimsuit in confidence.
