TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions apply:

1. ZALORA 11.11 giveaway in partnership with HK Express and Hong Kong International Airport period starts from 7 Nov at 00:00 to 12 Nov at 23:59, 2023 (the “Giveaway Period”).
2. Eligibility for the giveaway will only be considered based on successful completion of the 3 requirements above.
3. Only successful submissions made during the Giveaway Period will be considered for winner selection.
4. Each participant can only win one (1) prize throughout the Giveaway Period.
5. ZALORA representatives will pick the 50 winners from eligible entries.
6. A participant may only win one (1) time. ZALORA will contact the winners via the Instagram inbox with redemption details on 1 Dec 2023. Participants must ensure the Instagram account is set to public. The winner must reply to the message with the required details within seven (7) days, failing which the prize will be forfeited and the winner shall not be entitled to any compensation for the same. In such a case, a new winner will be selected in accordance with this lucky draw’s mechanism. The details provided in the email response shall be final and conclusive, and no amendments to such details thereafter shall be permitted.
7. Participant must be aged 18 years or above.
8. By participating in the ZALORA 11.11 Giveaway in partnership with HK Express and Hong Kong International Airport, the participant consents to ZALORA’s sharing of his/her personal details with HK Express (in the event the participant wins any of the prizes), for the purpose of Hong Kong Express’s fulfillment of the prize the participant is eligible to receive. Winners of the contest may also be contacted to participate in any publicity activities that may be organized by ZALORA.
9. ZALORA reserves the right to change/temporarily discontinue the contest without prior notice or liability to any party.
10. ZALORA reserves the right to disqualify any participants who violate the rules and regulations of the contest.
11. ZALORA’s decision on all matters relating to the contest will be final and binding. No discussions, appeals, enquiries, or challenges will be entertained.
12. ZALORA reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions and/or withdraw/discontinue the contest at any time without notice or liability to any party.
13. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any marketing or promotional materials relating to the contest, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
